How can I make a booking?

The Booking process is explained in detail on the 'Bookings' page. Both a signed Booking form and a paid Deposit are required to secure any date.

Can you be a Corporate DJ at any Melbourne location?

Yes, I am a Mobile Corporate DJ Entertainer who travels all round Melbourne. In fact, I even travel all around regional and country Victoria and New South Wales for functions.

Will you be the actual Corporate DJ who attends my Corporate Event?

Yes, I will be the actual Corporate DJ who will be in attendance at your function.

FAQ

How long do you DJ at a Corporate Functions?

A standard Corporate Function length is 5 hours. If agreeable with both your Corporate DJ and the venue, the entertainment time can be extended. Extra time is charged on an hourly basis of $200 per hour and payable at the time of extension. If you know your event will be longer than 5 hours when requesting a quote, please state this when you enquire.

Could you also be the Corporate MC for our function as well?

Yes, I can also be your Corproate MC (Master of Ceremonies) for your event. Having me as both your Corporate DJ and Corporate MC is a very popular choice. This allows me to coordinate everything for you. Please call to discuss this option.

Are you insured?

Yes, as a Corporate DJ I also have full Public Liability Insurance. As this is a legal requirement, you should ask this of whomever you hire for your corporate entertainment. You can even ask to view their 'Certificate of Currency' - this outlines their period and level of cover.

Are you a Licenced and Registered business?

Yes, I am a legally registered business and hold all the correct licences to operate. I am not a backyard operation.

Does it cost extra for us to have lighting effects at our corporate function?

No. The quoted fee already includes the cost of the lighting effects at your corporate function. Your quoted price is all inclusive.

Can I meet you before booking you to be my Corporate DJ for my function?

Yes, the best way is to make an appointment and meet with me at my showroom. Otherwise, you we can arrange a time to meet up somewhere to discuss your event.

Can we see you DJ somewhere before booking you?

The only way this is possible is to attend a showcase night at a reception venue. Keep an eye on my expos page for upcoming events. For privacy reasons, it is not ethical for me to 'sneak' a couple who are thinking of hiring me into someone else's wedding reception. I'm sure you would appreciate the same privacy at your own wedding reception.

Can we use your microphones for our presentations and speeches?

Yes, you have the full use of my wireless microphones for all your presentations and speech requirements.

When is the balance of my booking fee due to be paid?

The balance of your Booking Fee is due one week before your Corporate Event. All funds must be cleared into my account one week before your event.

FAQ

Will you provide an Invoice?

Yes, as a Professional Corporate DJ it's a requirement that I supply an Invoice for every job I complete. This is a legal requirement as I am a registered company. I am not a backyard operation.
