to make your booking.
I will send you my 'Booking Confirmation' and 'Booking Acceptance' forms outlining your school contact details, the details of your school disco (location and time) and my fee.
You then have 7 days to sign, date and return the 'Booking Acceptance' form and pay your deposit. If your deposit payment is not received within 7 days then it will be assumed that your booking has been cancelled and the date will then become 'Open' and available for other schools to book for themselves.
Once your deposit is received, I will contact you to set up our consultation to start the planning of your school disco.
Hurry, and book now to avoid the disappointment of hearing your date has already been booked.
Conditions of Booking
50% deposit is required in order to secure a booking
Balance of fee must be paid in full at least one week prior to the disco
Cancellation by client will result in loss of deposit
Cancellation by Top-Notch Entertainment Pty Ltd will incur a full refund
